Returns policy

 

It is important to us that you as the customer are happy with your shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from our store we will happily exchange it for another style or offer you a full refund.

 

Bags of which are in unworn and in original condition may be refunded or exchanged for a different style within 7 days of order delivery. Unfortunately, no exchanges for bags purchased on sale.

 

We are unable to offer free delivery for any returns or exchanges due to a ‘change of mind’. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping and packaging costs. All returns must be sent back using a registered post service. Zulch will not take responsibility for any packages sent from a customer which are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the bag is packed safely and securely before shipping. We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number before shipping the item back to Zulch, this allows the item to be monitored through all the stages of delivery.

 

If you wish to exchange the current bag for a different design, any price differentiation will be added or subtracted to the original price. Any outstanding balance will charged through the same method of payment that was used to purchase the bag. Once the exchange has been processed you will receive email notification.

 

If the customer receives a bag in damaged or faulty condition Zulch will happily pay return packaging and shipping costs. Firstly, We will assess the items received and determine if they are faulty. We will not cover the shipping costs for bags of which are damaged as a result of mistreatment or due to normal wear.

 

Once bag is received and deemed as faulty, we will ship a new bag to you free of cost or offer you a full refund. Unfortunately, it is sometimes likely that we may be out of stock in the style you originally purchased. In this instance, we can offer you an exchange for a different style or give you a full refund.
